HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-24-2022 MinutesMay 24, 2022, City Disaster Council Minutes 1 Special Meeting of the CITY DISASTER COUNCIL Tuesday, May 24, 2022 Location: Electronic Methods SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES May 24, 2022 9:00 a.m. ATTENDEES PRESENT: Melissa Hernandez, Chair Linda Smith, Director of Emergency Services Colleen Tribby, Assistant Director of Emergency Services John Stefanski, Emergency Operations Center Liaison Lisa Hisatomi, Finance Section Chief Jeff Baker, Planning & Intelligence Section Chief Jackie Dwyer, Logistics Chief Lincoln Casimer, ACFD Jill Dutchover, ACFD Cierra Fabrigas, Executive Assistant ATTENDEES ABSENT: Bonnie Terra, Operations Section Chief 1.CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Mayor Hernandez. 2.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Members of the City Disaster Council recited the pledge of allegiance. 3.PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. 4.ACTION ITEMS 4.1 Approval of Dublin CERT Skills Trainings EOC Liaison Stefanski provided a brief explanation of the training and the need for the Disaster Council to pre-authorize the trainings. Additional information was provided in the attached Staff Report regarding the CERT Skills Trainings. Motion by Director of Emergency Services Smith, seconded by Chair Hernandez. May 24, 2022, City Disaster Council Minutes 2 Ayes: Hernandez, Smith, Tribby, Baker, Dwyer, Hisatomi. The City Disaster Council approved the CERT Skills Trainings, as presented, scheduled for August 13 and in Quarter 3 of 2022. 5. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Hernandez adjourned the meeting at 9:03 a.m.
