ANALYSIS:
In accordance with state law, public notice of this project
was published in the local newspaper, mailed to adjacent property
owners (within a 300 foot radius) and posted in public buildings.
On February 14, 1991 more than half the public notices mailed to
property owners within 300 feet of the project were returned by
the Postal Service as they were not deliverable as addressed.
Staff is recommending continuance of this item in order for
the item to be properly noticed as required by state law.
Continuance will provide the Applicant adequate time to submit
the corrected address mailing list and self addressed stamped
envelopes of property owners within 300 feet of the project site.

This project will then be re -noticed for the March 18, 1991
public hearing.
Since this item was noticed for the February 19, 1991
Planning Commission Public Hearing (though inadequately), Staff
recommends the Commission accept any public comments and continue
the item pending re -noticing.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
FORMAT: 1) Hear Staff presentation.
2) Take comments from Applicant and the public.
3) Question Staff, Applicant and the public.
4) Continue the item directing Staff to re -notice the
project for a future hearing.
