Staff does not have the discretion to add requirements or conditions which were not adopted by the Planning Commission as part of the Standard Requirements for that particular type of use. Once action is taken on a Zoning Clearance use, the Applicant will receive a stamped copy of the application form, plans and any written statement submitted by the Applicant, and the Standard Requirements for the requested use.
