September 29, 1992
6. ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are
permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item which is not
on the Planning Commission agenda. Comments should not exceed 5
minutes. If any person feels that this is insufficient time to
address his or her concern, that person should arrange with the
Planning Director to have his or her particular concern placed on the
agenda for a future meeting.

8. PUBLIC HEARINGS
8.1 PA 92-066 General Cinema Conditional Use Permit and Sign/Site
Development Review approval request to modify and maintain one
(1) internally illuminated changeable copy freestanding 'theatre
marque' sign and to maintain two (2) internally illuminated
individual lettered wall mounted signs on the east and west
building elevations and one (1) internally illuminated changeable
copy 'readerboard' wall mounted sign on the west building
elevation located at 7000 Amador Plaza Road (to be continued to a
future Planning Commission meeting'
8.2 PA 92-043 Playland Family Entertainment Center Conditional Use
Permit request to establish a family entertainment center within
an existing 8,130+ square foot tenant space, located in the
southwest corner of the Stroud's Plaza Shopping Center. The
proposed use will consist of video games, redemption games (games
of skill), bumper cars, a display area for prizes, and a snack
bar with seating area located at 7214-7224 San Ramon Road
8.3 PA 92-067 City of Dublin Zone Change to rezone parcels in the
vicinity of Village Parkway and Clark Avenue from the M-1
District to C-0 and C-2 Districts
8.4 PA 92-050 Operating Engineers Credit Union request to rezone the
property at 6300 Village Parkway from the M-1, Light Industrial
District, to the C-0, Administrative Office District and Site
Development Review request to construct a +1,500 square foot
covered walkway/breezeway structure to connect two existing,
adjacent buildings
