EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will receive a presentation from Division Chief Bonnie Terra about Alameda
County Fire Department emergency preparedness measures.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the presentation.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
DESCRIPTION:
Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) Division Chief Bonnie Terra will present to the City
Council information regarding ACFD's emergency preparedness measures. These measures
include Dublin staffing, ACFD resources, fire code administration efforts, and community
messaging.
Chief Terra will also discuss upcoming community emergency preparedness classes scheduled as
follows:
• Thursday, February 20, 2025 - 6:00-7:00 p.m. at The Wave Community Room
• Thursday, February 27, 2025 - 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Shannon Community Center, Ambrose
Hall
