No. 05-25, Item 5.8, Adopted 01/14/2025 Page 1 of 2 RESOLUTION NO. 05 – 25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AMENDING THE SALARY PLAN FOR PART-TIME PERSONNEL WHEREAS, in accordance with the City’s Personnel System Rules, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 143-21 and subsequent resolutions which comprise the Salary Plan for part-time personnel; and WHEREAS, competitive salary provisions which will attract and retain quality employees are important to the organization; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to periodically update salary provisions for part-time employees in the City’s personnel system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following salary ranges are adopted in accordance with the Personnel Rules: Part-Time Classification Minimum Maximum Administrative Intern $25.00 $30.00 Head Lifeguard $20.00 $22.50 Lifeguard/Swim Instructor $18.00 $20.50 Pool Manager $22.00 $28.50 Program Specialist $23.00 $33.00 Recreation Leader I Minimum Wage $19.50 Recreation Leader II $18.50 $21.50 Recreation Leader III $21.00 $27.50 Slide Attendant Minimum Wage $19.50 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this document shall become a part of the official Salary Plan for the City of Dublin; and that the changes contained herein shall be effective January 14, 2025. {Signatures on the following page} Docusign Envelope ID: EE1D373F-5EF8-455C-B552-D0B9425C38A3 Reso.
