The purpose of the study session is to help prepare a preferred
alternative for environmental review and analysis . A preliminary land
use map based on the comments received at the previous two East Dublin
workshops will be presented. The map will be conceptual, rather than
parcel specific . The input received at the study session will enable
City Staff and the project consultants to further refine the
preliminary land use plan for East Dublin and proceed to the next
phase of the East Dublin study: preparation of the General Plan
Amendment, Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) . This
study session is an opportunity for public involvement as required by
. Government Code Section 65351 .
