SUBJECT: Report by Mayor Moffatt regarding Sister City
Visit

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: The cost of the leather gift is approximately
$300.
DESCRIPTION: At the City Council meeting of June 11, 1990, the
Council requested that the City's participation in the visit to Bray,
Ireland, Dublin's sister city, be placed on the City Council agenda
for discussion. The Mayor indicated that he would be bringing back a
sample of the proposed gift for the Bray visit.
Attached to the Staff Report is a conceptual drawing of an imprint
proposed to be engraved in a leather plaque for the City of Bray. The
Mayor will be displaying a sample of the leather work at the Council
meeting.
It is also proposed that the City present the City's flag in addition
to this gift to the City of Bray at the time of the sister city visit.
