Box 2340 Dublin, California 94568 Re: STROUD'S PLAZA Purchase of Excess Right of Way Dublin, California c % Dear Lee: Enclosed are legal descriptions, plats and area survey for your use in processing our request to purchase the described property. As you know our new building was approved and working drawings are being prepared. We should file for building permits in about six weeks. The price of $13.97 per square foot is acceptable to the owners and they wish to proceed on that basis. We would like the escrow to be with First American Title in Livermore, Tom Vargas. We will need a title endorsement. We would like to close escrow when we are notified that we can pick up our building permit. There will be no financing involved. Lee, I think this responds to what we have discussed. Please let me know of any additional thoughts you have or any needs that I have not responded to in the way of information.
