Authorize a budget transfer from the Contingent
Reserve in the amount of $12,640.72

Insufficient funds are included in the Swim
Center Renovation project, a budget transfer
from the Contingent Reserve to that project
will be necessary in the amount of
$12,640.72.
DESCRIPTION: At the city Council's meeting of April 9, 1990,
the Council authorized Staff to advertise for bids for pool covers and
as a bid alternate, pool cover storage reels for use at the Dublin
Swim Center.
The City received 3 bids. These bids are shown below:

Staff has verified the references of the low bidder and recommends
that the city Council award the bid to the low bidder, McBall
Industries.
In addition to the work to be performed by McBall Industries, Staff
would recommend that the Council authorize Staff to refurbish the
existing pool cover reels at the Dublin Swim Center at a total cost of
$1,500.
