: At the August 13, 1990 meeting of the city
city Council approved the preliminary design for
Kindergarten Tot Lot, and directed Singer and
proceed with the development of construction
The construction documents have been completed and the cost estimate
is within the allowable budget. Therefore it is the recommendation of
Staff that the City Council authorize Staff to advertise for bids for
Contract 90-11 Frederiksen School Kindergarten Tot Lot.
