President of the League of California Cities to a National League of
Cities Policy Committee.

Financing Unfunded Federal Mandates
Financing Local Economic Development and Community Investment
Financing Options to Revitalize Highways and Transit Systems
Staff recommends that the City Council consider this request and
authorize Cm. Jeffery to attend the conference.
