FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None. DESCRIPTION: The Program Supplement is a project-specific agreement which attaches to the master City-State Agreement. It binds the City, among other things, to non- discrimination in contracting for federally-funded projects and maintenance of the completed work. This is one of the documents that is required in order for the City to use the allotted $1,796,325 in FAU funds for this project. The funds are broken down as follows: (1) $ (2) (3) 500,000 from Tri-Val]ey allocation 1,216,000 purchased from Foster City 80,325 from leftover FAU monies purchased from San Luis Obispo for the San Ramon Road Phase iii project The attached Program Supplement No. 5 document specifies $1,716,000 in Federal funds; however, the City is able to add the $80,325 in unused funds from San Ramon Road Phase III once Ca].trans has completed its closeout of the Phase III project and the last Federal payment. If the bids for the San Ramon Road Phase IV project come in sufficiently below the Engineer's Estimate, and some FAU funds will remain unused, then the City Council will have the option of transferring FAU funds to the Dublin Boulevard Widening project or releasing some of the purchased funds back to Foster City. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Program Supplement and authorizing the Mayor to execute same.
