FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Budget Construction: ~ Annual Slurry ~ $ 42,000.00 Dublin Sports Grounds Renovation ~"~h~- 3~50q.:~ $ 45,500.00 * See attached memo Actual $ 42,783.62 2~865.19 * $ 45,648.81 The design/inspection costs were $2,253.25 and budgeted in the General Engineering account. The construction cost for this Slurry Program is $783.62 over that indicated in the Street Maintenance Operating budget; however~ there are sufficient funds remaining in other line items of the 1989-90 Street Maintenance Operating Budget to offset this extra cost. DESCRIPTION: On May 14, 1990, the City Council awarded Contract 90-06, the Annual Slurry Seal Program, to Graham Contractors. The project consisted of applying a water/sand/oil mixture to the streets to seal cracks and provide a new wearing surface. The following streets were sealed this year: Ann Arbor Way Lancaster Court York Court Corinth Court Prince Drive King Way Hyde Court Tory Court Birch Court Hickory Lane Hemlock Street Ebensburg Lane Erie Court Hansen Drive Prow Way Dillon Way Tina Place Circle Way Reilly Court Shadow Drive Castle Drive Eden Street Oak Court Fir Court Portage Road Elk Court Lancaster Road Spencer Court Utica Court Tyne Court Post Road Avon Court Tory Way Duke Court Elm Court Spruce Lane Ash Court Sage Court Pitt Court Betlen Drive Cresta Lane Rampart Drive Manzanita Lane Kolb Place Kingston Place Shadow Court Castle Court Poplar Way Cedar Lane Pine Court Cedar Court Allegheny Drive Graham Contractors also applied a slurry seal to the parking lot of the Dublin Sports Grounds as part of the Dublin Sports Grounds Renovation Capital Improvement Project. The City Engineer has reviewed the work on the project and determined that it is complete and in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The construction is being accepted under the contracts with Granite Construction for the Pavement Repair and Graham Construction for the Slurry Seal.
